JINN O - Sunn Model T Preamp

All Astral Toneworx pedals are fully designed and handbuilt in Canada.
JINN O is a JFET based emulation of Sunn Model T Preamps. JFET's are excellent at emulating tube triode response and behaviour. Similar to a Sunn Model T amp, JINN O features 2 Channels, 3 band EQ, and Presence Control.
The 2 Channels are internally jumpered and the Gain for each Channel is controlled via separate knobs. Use the Normal channel for that heavy thump associated with Sunn Amps, while the Birght channel adds more saturation and gain. Overall volume is controlled via the Master.

In addition to the Sunn Preamp Emulator, JINN O also features an additional gain stage that can take it into the heavily overdriven Sunn amp tones aka Sunn O))) territory. Stmop on the Doom switch to activate.

Bright : Volume control for the Treble channel
Normal: Volume Control for the Normal/Bass Channel Bass, Mid, Treb: 3 band Tone stack Presence: Controls overall Presence Bypass: True Bypass switch for Preamp Doom: Total annihilation

JINN O can either be used as a drive in front of an amp, or you can run it directly into the effects loop of your favourite amp as well and use as a standalone preamp. Another way to use it is to run it directly into your DAW followed by speaker IR's. 

This pedal runs on standard pedal power center negative DC supplies. It can be run from 9-18V for more headroom.
