Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item arrives not as described (e.g., incorrect model, undisclosed damage, missing parts).
The item is damaged during shipping.
The wrong item was shipped.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., item not as described), we will cover return shipping.
Incase of Buyer’s remorse or Change of mind, returns may be accepted within 7 days with 15% restocking fee. In this instance, Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Window
Buyers must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
After this period, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by Reverb policies or applicable law.

We will review your request and respond within [e.g., 1–2 business days].
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow [e.g., 3–5 business days] after receipt for processing.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging.
We reserve the right to deny or adjust refunds if the item is returned in a different condition.

Custom or modified items (unless defective or not as described)
To start a return, please contact us at info@astraltoneworx.com with reason for return. We will reply with instructions on how to return the pedal. You can either use the original shipping box to send the pedal back, or pop the pedal box in a bubble mailer. The pedal must be send back in its black pedal box which secures it from being damaged during tranist.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the original amount of the pedal (excluding any shipping costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
